Very Good

The lobby area of the hotel is very cosy, it has a bar with comfy chairs/sofas where you can have drinks and good food all day. The breakfast was amazing! Huge selection to chose from. The rooms are ok size wise, the beds are very big and comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and functional. A garage is below the hotel and easily accessible. There are electric chargers available. The hotel has ski lockers close to the telecabinas, where you can keep your ski boots and skis, so no need to carry them long distances.

Since it is a ski hotel, I missed the little things that you need a a skier - like a heater or some sort of heating where you can put your wet gloves or skiing clothes over night to dry. There is nothing. So better take a second pair of gloves or pants in case it is a snowy or rainy day. The lifts in the hotel are painfully slow - so better stay in a lower floor to use the stairs. My daughter wanted to use the swimming pool of the hotel and she was told she had to pay an extra 25 Euros to use it. For a hotel and spa, I would have expected it to be included. All in all, comparing to what I get in the Alps for the same price, I thought it was quite expensive but I would still go back.

I have been coming to this hotel for more than ten years. Refurbishment of rooms, reception and buffet restaurant is a success. Food and service have both improved.

I am delighted with the hotel! Immediately after booking, the concierge service wrote to me on WhatsApp, they found out about the arrival of special dates and wishes. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel employee drove the car into the parking lot, it was very convenient, I have never seen such a service in Europe. The room turned out to be very comfortable and cozy. Equipment rental, changing room, lifting cabin, everything is nearby and very convenient. the staff is caring, the breakfasts and dinners are excellent.

Good evening! I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. But I have to comment and wishes. Everything is good in the hotel, the staff, the convenience of the changing rooms and lifts, luxurious breakfasts and dinners, but the devil is in the details))) here’s what I didn’t like: 1. The mattresses are spring and that’s bad. The body does not rest due to vibration. 2. Your pillows are very bad and cheap synthetic, but you warned us and we came with our own. 3. There is no shoehorn in the room. 4. There is a coffee machine, but no kettle, the coffee machine does not dispense boiling water. I drink tea and it was extremely inconvenient for me to run to a restaurant for hot water. 4. The Internet is not very good, I couldn't watch the movie. 5. we had a two-story room on the 4th floor #432. downstairs where my son slept was cool, but on the second floor where my wife and I slept it was very hot and stuffy. I slept very sweaty, opened the window, it became colder, it was difficult to balance it all and I did not get enough sleep, plus a bad mattress. I will definitely return, but only on the condition that all comments are corrected my comfort is very important to me and that is what I pay a lot of money for, 2400 for three nights, you must agree that this is not a little .. comfortable sleep is the key to my comfort .. Exactly That's why I always stay at ...... hotels, they have the same quality standard all over the world. good quality pillows, mattresses, shampoos and soaps. By the way, you also have excellent quality liquid soap, but no have shampoos.

Great experience!

I had requested a room with bathtub and when we arrived I was told that it was not possible. We were very disappointed of course as the request was made weeks in advance. 30 minutes later when we were renting our ski equipment outside the hotel, the guest relations representative, Alex, called us saying that he had arranged a room as requested. He managed the room change smoothly and offered us a spa visit in compensation for the inconvenient. Excellent turn around of the situation!

The temperature in the rooms was very high and we could not turn it down
